K10D available new!!!

Hello,
I think I read somewhere on PF that someone was trying to get the K10D new, but could not.
There is a shop in Roseville, CA called Action Camera (916) 786 2288. They have at least two, $749 body only. (You might do better--ask.)

I got mine from Roberts New & Used Digital and Film Cameras and spent $600 for body only. I actually went to the store to get it. Great place.

How did I save money on my new k10d? I searched the net, found the best price. Printed out the page, went to a dealer in my area and said " I am buying this camera. I can buy it from you or on line. If you want the sale match the price". I walked out of the store with the camera. I know not all places will deal like this but some will.

You can also get one that's slightly used here in the Marketplace. Just recently there were two K10Ds with less than 10K shutter actuations and only few months old. Asking price was little over $500. That's more than $200 savings from the Action Camera retail price.

Newegg still has K10D's listed as in stock for $749, body only.

There are still some in stock at the store here, but they want $819 for it. That's probably why they still have stock.

I got mine about a month ago from Abes of Maine. They still have the kit for $725 or the body only for $659.

good thing i bought mine from B&H a month ago. $650 body only. new.
