PENTAX-SMC-M-50mm-f1.4

Hello everybody.
Seller of the mentioned used lens ( 50mm SMC-M-f 1.4) is reporting to me that in order to use it I probably need an adapter for my Kx camera.
Is it true ?
It sound strange to me since the lens has a K mount as well as the camera I own.
If its' true what kind of adapter may I need ?

You don't need an adapter. Follow these instructions to use the lens:
