Pentax Canada's website still has the download available in Windows and Mac versions at Pentax Canada - K10D

BTW, credit where it's due: I found the link by a Google search that turned up an old RiceHigh blog page with a link to the Pentax Canada page. RH, thank you for your contribution to solving a problem caused by Pentax Imaging's removal of all K10D firmware updates prior to v. 1.30 from the US website.

the UK website has all the versions 1.1 1.2 & 1.3 so is it a good idea to upgrade to 1.3 ? are there any improvements or just the added support for the lenses

The 1.10 version has most of the important upgrades, with the presence of the hidden lens correction menu; the 1.20 version had very minor changes but lost the lens menu; the 1.30 version added SDM lens support.

I've not heard of any significant differences in firmware capabilities among the localized, language-specific files.
