Be forewarned. As much as I love my K10D, ISO 1600, especially in low light, is just about unusable. Above 400, the noise begins to be noticeable. The higher you go, the worse it gets.
I never use 1600 and seldom use 800.
That is one of the few things I would change about my K10D. Other than that, it is a fabulous camera.
If you do go for the used K10D, remember that you can get an accurate shutter count from the exif data of any image. Pentax defaults to using a sequential number in the file names of the images, but that can be reset, so the file name may not be a completely trustworthy number. The count in the exif data can not be reset, other than by replacing the motherboard.
There are several tools to display exif data from images. Just download one of them, take a picture, put the SD card in your computer and take a look.
