comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) taken on 2020 July 16 with a Pentax K10D camera + Pentax FA 50-mm f/1.4 lens at ISO 1600 and f/8, 10-s exposure on tripod; unprocessed image, but I note that one loses a LOT of detail in the posted astrophotos like this, vs. the original image.

One of the participants in the bullfights held in the bullring shown earlier. (And for those who might be concerned about the brutality of bullfights, the bulls are not injured and hold all of the advantages in these French bullfights, as you'll see when I post some of the pictures from this one.) K-10D and FA 100-300mm lens.

As advertised, some images of the "bullfight" in Arles, France in 2009. Taken with my K-10D and FA 100-300mm lens.

The "bullfight" consists of a bull entering the ring with a ribbon clipped to his head, between the horns. A number of guys are in the ring and each has the goal of acquiring the ribbon from the bull as he charges. Prizes are awarded to the participants for each ribbon claimed. Since there are no weapons used in the "bullfight", the bulls are not harmed except, possibly, when the bulls charge and run into (or through!) the inner wall of the ring while chasing one of the guys trying to get the ribbon. We saw that happen, with the bull sustaining a bloody nose, because one of the techniques used to avoid the bull is for the human participants to run towards, and over, the wall as the bull charges. Needless to say, the bull can't always stop in time!

A few more images from the bullfight. The first shot shows one of the bulls with a red ribbon on its head, between its horns.
