I got mine in 2007 when Pentax discounted them before Christmas and then the release of the K20D. I splurged for the DA* 16-50.

Last week took a Family Vacation to New Hampshire , This place was wayYYYYYY out of our budget but begged for a picture from the road.

Its at the base of it Glinda. At the top its just bare lichen covered rocks and some hardy plants.. no trees.

We did not drive up as our car was too loaded .. but we did take the Cog rail to the top..Mt Washington is really something. Theres a sign up there that reads its the site of the strongest wind ever recorded...231 mph!!! I have a bunch of photos I need to go through,
