Fairly new here and just starting out with a real camera. Was trying out an old Tak 135/2.5 and thought these might be worth posting. Honeysuckle vine is just starting to bloom and our resident squirrel showing her presence.

Here is one I took today Friday 04.17.2015 with a little extra processing

Often "I can NOT see the Wood for the Trees" - This time it was Crowsnest Mountain from a Path I had never been on Alberta

This is while waiting for a K-r to arrive with the Kit 18-5mm Lens which I do NOT have.
To compliment the 28-80mm & the 55-300,, Lenses that are with the K10D

IF this OFFENDS Anyone I do Apologize.

Cheers For Years
Colin

It would be great if you could post some comparison shots taken with the K10D and the K-r when it arrives, using the 18-55mm on both cameras. It's always interesting to see how the CCD in the K10D compares with a later CMOS camera.

Thank you Dave

Will do. Have been wondering the same thing my self about both Image Quality and difference between the two image processors CCD v CMOS.

K-r should be here middle of next week. So it looks like we will have a K10D/K-r Comparison Post

Cheers for Years

I don't usually shoot flowers but I like the way K10's record red, green and blue, so here's one I shot yesterday. Used my F4 SMC-A 35-70mm.

I think you'll find the K10 to be better, if shot outdoors in daylight.
