Agree

This is just a simple shot taken during a dogwalk (with our dog proceeding without me!). The 18-55 kit lens is still nice, paired with the K10D:

As usual Tom you produce the greatest pics on the K-10D. That camera produces the best color reproduction of all the cameras I have seen,
I just purchased a K-10 to augment my K-50 and guess what, I prefer to use the K-10.

Regards,
Gavin

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
Here is a shot from today.
Taken on Old S1 Vivitar 24-70 and K-10D of course.
The image looks like it has been sharpened but no, it is only the crazed bokeh of this lens.

Nice catch!

Here's another, although not exactly showing off those K10D colors (xposted to kit lens club)

A jpeg straight from the camera has still been converted from the raw data, but the conversion has been done automatically, according to parameters set by the camera’s firmware designers and the user’s menu choices.
Sorry, but that is a MASSIVE dodge designed to make people feel better about manipulating their photos. There is processing...and then there is PROCESSING. Shooting straight JPEGs and living with the camera's processing is not the same as stripping out a sky and layering in something more suitable, no matter how much we lie to ourselves and pretend it is.
