I just picked up a NOS (new old-stock), still in its shrink-wrapped box K10D from Adorama for $200.00. It was listed as demo condition but was literally brand new with zero shutter actuations. Came with a free 64gb CF card. Couldn't beat that! Love the output of the CCD at low ISO. It makes a perfect partner to my K1-II.

Here's a sample image I took while wandering about the other day.

A catamaran became stranded at The Entrance North beach today so I decided to go and get some shots. K10D and Sigma 17-70.

Thank you, Paul. Perfect conditions for the K10D and it performed exactly as I expected. Well, it was a fine day at the beach for some. But I have had it confirmed by my daughter that the boat was deliberately grounded because of a medical emergency. It was planned to be refloated on the high tide last night. That obviously did not happen.

Just some of the many I took with the K10. Took me a long time to upgrade to the K3. I can't see myself upgrading again, however I would like a tilt screen. It would have to be something special but at the moment I am quite happy with what I've got. I doubt very much that I would go FF as all my glass is APS, also the K3 is heavy enough.
