I still read through this thread almost everyday. Inspiring stuff everyone. It really helps me keep trying more things. I don't post often but I need to get back in the habit.

This morning I took the K10D attached with a DA* 300mm to the pond. I was pleased to find the AF holds up just fine. High ISO is a little tricky as always, but I think you'd agree it isn't "shot ruining" as purists might have you believe.

these are beautiful birds, you could get these shots 100 million years ago. as long as you had a ccd sensor.....
