Nice Pic Paul. That looks like a really cool Place to visit. I wish we had palm trees here...Always like the look of them.
Thanks - they are nice to look at, but don't give a lot of shade! Great colors and detail on your wasp photo. Was that taken with the Plastic Fantastic 100mm macro? Nice work!

It would be an epic struggle for me to come up with the $300 + per day room charge at the Mandalay Shores resort! (pictured)

That's a great combo, Richard. A stunning image with good colours.

It is Ray. The lens is very sharp and contrasty stopped down, and does give great colors. It can also give a dreamy, glowy look wide open. I think I've really only just touched on it's potential here, can't remember if this was wide open or just stopped down a bit;

Had to take a work break from looking at the computer yesterday... so decided to look through the K10D OVF instead (another reason I love OVFs - I already look at computer screens all day...)
Nothing special, just nice K10D colors and rendering, helped of course by the DA 35 Limited...

Agave down the local shops on an overcast day, first with Pentax K10d & Cosmicar 28mm f2.8 with Kenko AC +2 close up, then using the SMC Pentax A 50mm f2;

I cropped some unsightly dead material out of the second to get that aspect ratio.
