About 2 blocks from my front porch.

Now that is a lovely picture, I do not get tired of looking at it.

I have been using a 64 GB card in the camera since I received it 2 years ago. I will order some 32 GB cards tonight.
I ordered from Amazon, should be here tomorrow. Thanks

64GB cards should not work with the K10D. I use 16 and 32Gb and have tried a 64Gb which it does not recognize...
I saw your later post and I'm glad the issue is resolved!

today a nearly new K10D (shutter count 4400, mint condition) arrived here and so I like to join the club.
Hope that attached ticket is acceptable.

The K10D came with the latest firmware 1.31 - and a remarkable back focus issue. Having a PC with Kubuntu Linux I had to install the pktriggercord software from the source to get the debug mode of the K10D - not a big deal, thanks to the people who made that program. Now I can address the back focus - that's the weekend project.

Yes those focusing issues are common and I also had to make big adjustments to mine. Newer cameras seem to be a bit more stable.

Yes, so now I have two K10D. I will keep both .

I don't know why it worked with a 64 GB card for so long. I should test the card.

I know, I was pleasantly surprised how punchy things looked with the K10D. With two images I had to de-saturate and hue shift colours so they would look believable.
