Can anyone suggest an extender for my K10D. I have a pentax 100-300 AF zoom lens.

Tamron 1.4x teleconverter - Little IQ lost and SDM/HSM support.

Make sure it is the "1.4x Pz-AF MC4" variant with the 7 lens contacts and 6 body contacts. For HSM Support.

If you can grab one from a shop ... get it ... they are discontinued from Tamron.
