So how many Pentax camera bodies do you own?

Not a huge collection, but enough to keep size envy at bay. An MZ-S would be a nice addition to the film group, though.

K5, *ist DS, Q, ZX-7, WG-3, W30. And there should be a WG-1 in the house somewhere, but I can't find it. Hence the WG-3!

Oh, the MZ-S is SO NICE. I was just thinking about the one I used to have. Such smooth operation, so great to hold.

OMG, I only have one camera body! Doomed. But I do have seven nice lenses.

Anyway, I perhaps should mention that I still (theoretically) own an S3 (H3 to those of you on the other side of the Big Water) that I lent to my old college for a student design project and never got back ("What camera?").

My SV and ESII went to my eldest daughter, who eventually sold them on to finance a Canon DSLR (well, the shop didn't stock Pentaxes). I sold my ES to finance the ESII, which gave way to the K2DMD.

Hmmm. I've got an SF1N film body. I have a K-5 and my new K-3. Will be selling off the K-5, I think.

K-5, K-7, an Oly E-10, a PZ-1P, an LX, and my 1971 Nikon F Photomic FTN. I sold a Nikon F2 and several Nikkors when I switched over to the very sweet LX in the '80s, but I kept the old Nikon and a 105mm Micro-Nikkor for closeup work. Turned out I never used them again. When I wanted autofocus for sports later on I bought the PZ-1P, but what an ugly, unsatisfying plastic pig that was after using the LX! The early Pentax DSLRs were equally plasticky and unappealing, so my first digital camera was the E-10: beautifully made and with an incredibly good [non-interchangeable] f/2 zoom lens, but only 3.7 MP with a tiny sensor. So I was more than ready to jump back to Pentax when the built-like-a-tank, weather-resistant K-7 finally came out, and happy to add the K-5. I only wish I'd waited for the K-3, which I can't justify buying now that I've got the other two bodies.

Mine is merely a side effect of LBA. What other reason would a person have to own 4 K1000s?
