k20d \ k200d have a good noise reduction?

hello :-)

i ask more info about k20d and k200d. Pentax users help me!

in k20d and k200d there are 2 noise reduction:
- noise reduction in sloow speed shooting
- noise reduction for high iso ("high iso noise reduction")

about "high iso noise reduction" function (you can select: off, weakest, weak, strong): this function is for raw or jpeg or together?

I have a K20D, but usually I shot in RAR.
The only that I can say you is that Noise reduction in camera is worse than in Pc (Usually I work with Lightroom)
I have only shot with NR in weak or in weakness: Both are soft, so when I shot in Jpeg I always put NR in weak, It will keep the sharpness and will remove a little of noise, but only a little...

the noise reduction is better by a software on pc, but if "noise reduction high iso" function is good, i'm will be + happy ;-)
