k20d Program mode glitch??

I have noticed a few glitches with my k20d
This is the only one I have been able to get to repeat itself.
in program mode, moving the front (shutter) dial. iso set to auto 100-1600 I can decrease the shutter speed all the way, but it wont increase the shutter speed past 1/60th. pushing the ok button to view iso, i notice the iso never goes above 160. on my k10d i could increase the shutter speed up to the point where max allowable iso was reached.

does any else's k20d do this??? I need to figure out if i have a bad body and need to return it.
