Rate: ~18 releases per day

I think the rate will stay more or less the same in the future. I'm trying to take more pictures but improve my timing & use continuous drive less.

K10D purchased in July of 2007, just rolled rolled over 10k.

Reminds me of watching the odometer in my old beetle - it didn't have the 100k digit, so it was funny to "guess" how many extra miles had been run.

Just discovered this thread and that the shuttercount is in the EXIF !

K100D from last Oct. <<>> 38,980

Almost exclusively with manual M42 lenses.
Shocking, gotta improve my hit-rate :-)

6 months later ... 18732 shots ... eeeek.

I was going to sell the K10D when I get a K20D in a couple of weeks but maybe I will keep it and leave the K20D in the box so it doesnt wear out
