How often do you replace built-in flash bulb?

I got my new Pentax in Jan. and it looks like the flash bulb is done. Most of my shots are outdoor. Is it easy to replace the bulb on a built-in flash? Sorry to sound so clueless.

Never mind. Hubby changed the settings when he was taking pictures of the horses and I hadn't noticed.
