K-7 LCD images appears washed out shooting outdoors

I don't know if I accidently changed a setting but all of a sudden my K-7 is rendering washed out images on the LCD screen.
The images are fine in PP but the colors are washed out on the LCD???
Has anyone had this problem....
Indoors the images display correctly.
I checked my white balance settings so it's not that.

That happens to me when I have increased the LCD brightness so that I am able to view the LCD in bright light, but with my K10, it carries over to the indoor shots. Do you perhaps have set a custom user setting that you were using? Does your user setting include the LCD brightness?

OK, so I thought that is only displyed incorrectly on the LCD screeen....turns out that it is overexposing by 5 stops in every mode except Green mode??
Green mode works perfectly.

Exposure compensation on?
Try a different lens? Might be slow aperture blades, though working in green mode makes that problematic....

It looks that your camera settings may need to be reset. The best for a complete reset is to take off the battery out for a few days, to drain completely the internal battery.

Hope that it will help.

Thanks for the responses guys.
I tried all the above suggestions but on the camera reset I didn't obviously wait a day.

I called KEH where I purchased the camera and turns out I'm fortunately still in warranty.
They sent me a call ticket for the camera, no charge and will repair in under warranty.
This is why I own more than one camera...
