DPI

I thought I had it all figured out, but I am mistaken. Can you explain why, even on a RAW image, it shows that I am having 72 dpi? And should I woory about this? And if so, how do I make it 300dpi?

this has to do with default printer resolution. It has nothing to do with the image you take. it is only the ratio used in "predicting" the image size for print, in inches.
