Please recommend a teleconverter for Tokina ATX 840

I hope the lens can looker further. Am wondering if anyone here has good experience with any of those currently available tele-converters?

Here I am trying to be careful since I know it's hard to extend the zoom for a lens like this.. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have one of these Tokinas. I would not recommend to combine it with any TC at all. The image quality of the lens is mediocre at best - combined with a TC it gets abysmal. Also, the lens is just too slow. You really need to step down 2 steps to have any quality at all - combined that with even a 1.4x TC and you have f/16 at 600 mm focal length. You will be hard pressed to focus this beast and need a sturdy tripod on top.
