How did the best thread on the forum start?.

Every forum needs a thread where you can just wind down and post funny stuff and/or just be amused. It usually helps create a tight forum community.

I know some people don't like those kinds of threads but it's easy enough to stay away from them

I don't know. I think there are plenty of good photos in threads like the DA 15 limited controls my mind, or the DA * thread, but people don't give out likes quite as often.

I do like the 300mm plus thread, but I don't think it so much better than a number of the other threads out there.
