Exposure bracket in M mode

Hi there, is there a way to force k10d to keep my aperature setting and change the shutter speed when I use exposure bracket in manual mode? As it is right now it does the opposite. I wan´t to keep the same aperature as I want the same DOF through all exposures.

just do it yourself, just turn the dial up one stop and then down 2 stops.
that'll give you your correct exposure with a +1 & -1

Yes, that´s what I do already I wanted to use the automated system as speed is important sometimes when you do HDR.

Why not shoot in aperture priority and use the exposure compensation to vary exposure.

I haven´t found out how to lock the setting in aperature priority mode when you do panoramas (in hdr). When I rotate the camera for the next image sequence the exposure changes.

Shooting HDR with K10D

I know your problem exactly, as I have shot many HDR panoramas with the K10D.

Your best bet is to find something in your full scene to meter against, then push and hold the AE-L button as you spin the camera on the tripod for the full sequence of shots.

It is a pain in the arse sometimes (particularly if you are trying to keep your shadow out of the shot!), but so far, there's no way around this as far as I can tell (and I have over 10,000 HDR shots under the K10D belt now!). Check out flickr.com/photos/vividity. Please let me know where some of your work might be.
