k100d to k200

I have the non super version of the k100d and I am a step away from getting the k200 and keeping the k100d as a back up. Other than the fact that the k200 can use the HSM lenses that exist and are coming. the dust shaking system and the weather sealing on the 200 does it make sense to upgrade? from a non super k-100d to the 200 opinions wanted and welcomed
