I actually have a similar problem. Living in the city, I have no interest (yet) in long glasses.

I have also collected most of the glasses I want (and definitely more than I will ever need). I'm trying to look at the DA 35/2.8, but with both 31 and the cheaper sibling 35/2.4 in my roster, LBA has not been irresistible this time. Somehow, I miss LBA.
Ah, well, I have the FA31 and the DA35/2.8, and they are different enough to justify having both, but the DA35/2.4 would something of a third wheel if you did have the others.

As for long lenses, I have an F*300/4.5, an A400/5.6 (the FA*400/5.6 would be nice, but they're like rocking horse droppings on the secondhand market and priced accordingly), a K400-600/8-12 mirror and a Tamron 500/8 mirror so I'm not lacking in longer FLs. I find plenty of subjects around the city to be of interest for these lenses, but people look a little askance sometimes, as if they're thinking you're a Peeping Tom. All in all, though, I reckon you have an undiagnosed case of latent LBA, if you got some of these!

How to cure LBA ?

Unemployment line
I'm feeling it. Pink slip arrived same day as A 400/5.6 with a 1.4 tele. So LBA is very cured (for the time being). I have some new toy to play with in between job hunting.... It is still cheaper than therapy.

Big "want" list, small funds! Sure fire cure!

My LBA includes the FA50 f2.8 or DA50 F1.8, a wide angle primary, a 1.4 TC.

Possibly replacing my 18-55WR, and 55-300; but not sure with what.

Hey, I'm easy to please!

Feeding LBA, I'm curious to know your opinion on the Tokina ATX SD 400 that you have.

You don't have a fisheye. You might not want it but you need it - or vice versa :-)

Combined with the DA 300*, it makes a great combo. The extra 120mm of focal length that it adds to the 300mm makes hand held shots a little more difficult, but still possible. These are all hand held. (EXIF is available if you click the pics)

Good morning! The weather has been so bleak, heavy overcast; that I've not had an opportunity to put it thru it's paces yet. Today is the first day that is bright & beautiful, so I'll get a chance to use it, & let you know. What little I've used it, I'm very pleased so far.

Here's one from it, handheld:

I must protest! The title of this thread is "How to cure LBA" and here's you inciting it! Now I want the teleconverter for my DA* 300!

It isn't technically a lens, so no LBA!
