Warranty Service Shipping Address?

My K5 is really near the end of the 3 year extended warranty time frame. I want to send it in for the free cleaning check-up, but the new Ricoh warranty site does not provide the shipping address - just an address for questions by mail.

Does anyone have the new shipping address? CRIS was real convenient as it was essentially local for drop offs.

This was on the bottom of their quote page:
Precision Camera 7 Anngina Drive, Enfield CT 06082.
