For anyone interested in taking this survey, be advised that it has nothing to do with Ricoh and likely will have absolutely no influence on their future design decisions. They have their own market research team for that. This is merely for the edification of whoever wrote the survey.

Not sure about K3 but K5 and earlier will not fire the flash if the shutterspeed is faster than 1/180. Unless a flash in HSS mode is detected.

Yeah, you need to be able to shoot with High Speed Shutter sync and Pentax will not let you go over 1/180 without a flash with P-TTL HSS. Pentax on board cameras wont do it, but maybe it there is a HSS trigger, that might work.
