Tamron SP AF 300mm F2 8 LD If Lens for Pentax Hood Filter | eBay

Anyone have any info this lens? I don't see much info on it here and it's not in the database.

Curious as to thoughts at the value? The one in this ebay ad has fungus and they are asking $1350 with 30 watching. Looks like there is some interest but waiting for a price drop.

Not many 300mm Pentax lens that are this wide though........

I have this lens and it is quite sharp, although not as sharp as DA 300. AF is good on a K5 or K3. Price seems overpriced to me. I wouldn't pay more than $1k.
