Old and fat

I was playing with the kids yesterday, and my wife grabbed the camera (a rare moment indeed). Oh my god, who knew I was that old and fat? I think I'll stay comfortably behind the lens...

She must have left the 'skinny' filter on the 'fat' setting.

Somehow, it seems so unfair...if you're smart/lucky enough to survive your youth, shouldn't you look better as your reward? Alas, we humans don't age like fine wine...and that's my fine whine about that!

There is a big line up in the 'old and fat' club. Unfortunately I have VIP passes.

Oh boy I can relate completely. I went on a trip to Catalina Island with a couple friends and one took a portrait of me that he was pleased with and he sent it to me. I wanted to CRY! OMG, when the hell did I change to look like THAT?!? To think I used to be photogenic. I held up pretty good for 40 years, then I had the bright idea to have another child when I was over 40. It's been all down hill for the last 9 years. lol

Yup. The rest take great care of themselves and get run over by buses when they are 40.

Just tell every one the camera adds 10 pounds to the way we look. That's what they tell us about television.

No worries. We're all still young, thin and good looking behind the camera!

What's that expression.............. Old age and treachery will alway win over youth and inexperience!

Enjoy!
