Do you know what jobs these disabled people do for the shipping networks?

Most of them are in telesales. Well, they're CSR's technically, but they're required to upsell so it's not just straight customer service like taking orders and that. Most get to work at home. They have to have a dedicated line and computer from what I understand. HSN and I forget the other network they both have telecommuting programs and they purposefully hire disabled people for it. A buddy of mine used to be a supervisor for them. She described the whole program to me. Sounded okay if you don't mind CSR/telesales work.
