Damn, Dewman, that's a heckuva deal. I'm envious.

My CL experience is similar to boriscleto's and TER-OR's.

I've found that the secret is to browse the CL in different areas of the country. I've scored some unbelievable goodies that way. Case in point: From So. San Francisco, A Pentax K1000 with a Pentax 28mm f:3.5 shift lens attached (Like brand new!), a M-50mm f:1.7, seven rolls of film.... all in a nice camera case for $40.00!


Oh yeah..... how about a 1550 Pelican case with seven lenses (Some real keepers!), three film-era camera bodies and a slew of filters and misc. stuff..... $70.00.


........and a SMC Pentax-K 400mm f:5.6 for $40.00.


I could go on and on, but..... well.... let's just say I've done fairly well.
