"USER" program mode on the K20D

I use it to pre-set my manual flash shooting - when I use off-camera flash and cactus triggers...

I'm glad my usage is inspiring everyone, but, admittedly, it was not my idea. I posted a similar message a while back, either here or at dpreview, and someone suggested it to me then. It is a great idea, though, and it works well.

Yes - a great idea - I will do it too. So often I forget to reset ISO and end up with noise. No more.
