Choices...

Trading in a ton of stuff to keh not as much as expected but a lot. And it seems my quote floats around the 500 range and the K-5iis is $432. Is it worth the upgrade from the K-5. I'm obviously keeping the K-5 because I have a nice two year warranty on it from KEH but the K-5iis has not AA filter and it would be nice to have dueling pentax bodies for everything. Are the accessories interchangeable for the two models? And does the gps in K-5iis work well? Thanks you guys!

There is no GPS in the K5iis - you can use the external GPS on that camera however. Is that what you mean?

Oh. Lol. I read it in the accessories and thought it was built in. Do you know if the catch in focus is faster on the iis?

I'm not familiar with either of the cameras in terms of direct experience. There isn't a huge difference from what I know of. I would suggest holding out for the K3 as prices drop personally.
