Adorama closed till 6th Oct

Apparently Adorama is closed till 6th October.

A friend of has traveled to the US and will be leaving 10th.
I have made a K-3 purchase. I am now worried that he will not get the package before he leaves.
I used the free delivery, How long does mail take from NY to TX.

Free expedited delivery should be there in 3 days. If you don't have a tracking number yet, I'd contact Adorama as soon as they re-open and upgrade to overnight shipping.

I dont have a tracking number yet. I sent a mail. They replied that they were closed. Then I asked if i can change my shipping method but they have not replied since yesterday.

Shipping from NY to Texas often takes more than 3 days.
You don't say where he is in Texas. Packages to Dallas from Adorama or B&H have run 4-5 calendar days, usually, after the order is placed. Likely this includes a day of order preparation before shipping.
Three would be wonderful, but don't count on it.

I'm in the same situation, just that my friend is visiting the States, and she will return here on 9-th so even thou she is in NYC at the moment, i won't be able to get my K-3 kit

My issue is that i still haven't ordered the kit, my friend is leaving on 9-th, if i order it today can i be sure that the K-3 kit will be at her place by 8-th evening?
