Stolen K-5iis w/ 35mm lens

I'll keep it short and simple. I got my backpack stolen from my tent over the weekend and had my K-5iis inside. It's very as it has the hotshoe cover missing with duct tape in place of it. The 35mm is covered witih a Vivitar lens cap. I think. There's a black carabiner clipped onto a handle of a strap. Please keep a look out for my baby. Where else could I report my serial number for Lenstag?

Serial # for the camera is 6026384220739

Make sure you file a police report (at least to have the paper work just in case of any insurance coverage).

Which 35mm? DA35/2.4 plastic fantastic, or 2.8 Limited Macro? (This sucks enough anyway, but losing the macro would suck much more.)

Hope you get it back.

Might help if we knew where it was stolen from.................

Also check with your homeowners / rental insurance, might be covered. And if you paid with a credit card you might have coverage through the credit card company.

It was just the plastic 35mm. A lot of sentimental value invested in that though Unfortunately it was stolen while I was out backpacking of all places. Thanks for the help. I'm banking on the camera being unique as a Pentax to help out on top of all the physical blemishes.
