K20D v. Oly E-3

Anyone here had/have both? I'd be interested in the pro and con from actual users (I've read the reviewers

Sorry. Do have E300/330. Played with the E1 once for a very short time. It was very well built. Probably a little more rugged than K10/20D. Slow compared to todays cameras. Have considered getting the E3 for my Olympus OM lenses. Except for the swiveling live view screen wouldn't trade K20D for it. Olympus sure isn't going to match its resolution. Oly always has good color but the K20D really stands out here. Prefer it to K10D by a fair amount. High Iso of Oly is always behind others. Won't match K20D there either. Still nice camera. If there could only be one would rather have my K20D. But at my house there can be more than one.
