Suggestions on flash acquisition

I plan on buying and external flash for my K200D. Should I buy an AF360FGZ or the AF540FGZ? Anyone would also have a suggestion on a different brand of flash that would be compatible with my camera.

Check the Metz Meccablitz 48 AF-1, works as well as it is built.
