New K3-2 Came Today!

It is definitely brand new! Just how do you put a space between your first, and last name in the copyright screen? Thanks! Also,
whats the serial # cutoff point for the mirror flap issues?

I don't think you can have a space, I just use an under score _

I think the mirror flap thing was mainly the K-3 species.

Where'd you buy your K-3ii from? If it's from Adorama or BHPhoto, I wouldn't worry about it.

Congratulations on the new K-3ii, you chose wisely.

The underscore is actually a space, though it may just look like a _ until you press it.

Thanks! I found that out. LOL! Have another question. On my K5 there was a switch in back for spot focus, and the spot metering was under the mode dial, how do you set these now? Thanks! I bought it at Adorama.

To change spot metering to the other metering modes, you press the button on the top left of the camera (to the right of the photo review button). You hold that button down and scroll the dial on the back of the camera to change it.

I see, and the spot focus is a button on the left of the lens. Thanks! There's a bit of a learning curve with this body. LOL!

Best to read the manual, especially on the button layout and function. It's very different then the k5 series
