When I ordered my K3-2 from Adorama, they told me I would receive a free Pentax Flu Card. It was not in the box. Guess I'll call them tomorrow. The camera is definitely brand new though. What a beautiful piece of gear! My firmware is 1.00. Have there been any new updates, and if so where.can I download it. Thanks.

I don't believe there has been a update for the K-3ii yet. It's still 1.00

You'll get the flu-card issue settled, Adorama is a good place to shop from.

The flucard isn't guaranteed to be included, FWIW. Many shipments do come with it as a promo from Pentax, however. Adorama may send you one if they decide to be nice

Ok, then I was misled by Adorama because my sales person clearly told me I would be receiving one, which was why I didn't buy this at B/H Photo where I have bought all my photo equipment. I'll give them a call tomorrow.

I got the flu card deal with adorama for my k-3, I believe it came separately in another shipment.

I bought my k3ii from B&H. At that point in time, the B&H website said that it came with a flu card but I also did not get one included in the box. It really didn't bother me because I highly doubt that I would ever use it. I remember reading somewhere that you have to buy directly from Pentax to have the flu card included in the box.

FYI - both giant retailers do not offer it in their current inventories. Must order from other venues or Ricoh/Pentax, I imagine. I think I will wait. :-)
