The three of us will have to meet at a neighborhood cafe and drink coffee while hashing out the details. Then we go out shooting.

And after that we'll submit an expense report to Ricoh!
It's a deal

Oh, and I take my coffee strong... just like my cameras!

I'd have to split the licensing fee with yucatanPentax... new FF's and the Three Princesses for both of us, maybe?
You win a new FF just for correctly naming them Princesses.

Are you going to write a letter to Ricoh on my behalf?

I'm not greedy, I'd be happy with a K-3 II.

Sure. Just understand "what have you done for us lately" is probably in effect.

Good to see you chipping in Ben, I agree with you that the K5 generation of Pentax had really bad issues with focus but it seems to me that the K3 (I own and have used both) is a big improvement in that area, but I'm not sure if you've tried that later variant. It will be very interesting to see if the full frame is even better - then we might just tempt you back!!

Pentax sent me a K3 and 3 lenses last year. The 55, 50-135 and 200mm. I bought a Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 for it as well. So yes I own the K3. We use it for all of our videos. Video Director and Videographer is Frederique Renaut.:

Ben - I just watched a few of your videos. Absolutely beautiful work. Nice to see professional use of the K3 this way, when so many people criticise its video capabilities. I've been meaning to dip my toes in the water with video (I've only done stills photograpy thus far), but have been discouraged by such bad reviews of the K3 in that area. Looking at your results, I'm inspired to try it out. Thanks for posting

Sure enough Kerrowdown is going to be using his sweethearts to make something fantastic for us to view. Manual focus and all
Blushing here at the moment...

I'm going to admit... that I will be an early adopter of the new FF, my Ladies wouldn't have it any other way.
