K20+50-135/2.8 vs k3+50-135/2.8 AF

Can anyone compare the speed of focusing in these combinations?

I can compare k-3 vs k100d super. SDM or screw drive converted? Screw drive is significantly faster on the k-3. I can try SDM later if it helps.

Nothing wrong with your copy being slow. Everybody's 50-135 is slow because the focusing ring is too long, too slow because it' takes a long to for wide open to go to infinitiy. I hope I am saying it right, if you know what I mean.

SDM can slow down as it fails also. Hard to know what yours is since slow is subjective.

Sdm in the 50-135 is pretty slow (my DA300 is a lot faster). There isn't much difference between the lens on a k-x, k-5 or k-3 (which are the only bodies I've tested that lens on)
