They usually come in sets of three: small (8-12mm); medium (20-25mm) large (30-35mm).
The trick is to find a PKA set with contacts - but by coincidence I have a set spare.....

The Pentax Auto Extension Tube K and Extension Tube K have the smallest ring at 12mm and 9.5mm, respectively. The Auto tubes have the aperture control lever so you can use the green button or DOF optical preview for metering while focusing wide open. The Tube K does not have a lever so you have to manually stop down after focusing at wide open.

Both are long out of production so you have to try the used market.

As noted above third party set may have A, KAF, KAF2 contacts and screw drive. The A and KAF (without power zoom contacts) are on the used market. Those with the power zoom/SDM contacts (Kooka and others) can be found through various vendors (try Amazon). Note the tolerances on these latter tubes is shoddy so interfacing with the camera electronics can be finicky.

Depending on your use you may be best served with a $12 set of close-up filters. No light loss and you retain all auto lens functions. If flat-plane issues are critical you'll need a dedicated macro lens.

To the extent that optical issues are of concern with single element, un-coated 'filters' try a step-up ring to two sizes over your lens filter to avoid the outer edges of the CU glass and be cautious of lighting that might cause flare.

Yeah, yeah, I know what 'everyone' says about 'em - they're inexpensive so try 'em for yourself anyway. I've got a cabinet full'a rings and bellows I've used for 'work stuff' but most often select the filters for hand-held use in the field and have never regretted it. Cropping often serves as well unless camera position/perspective is critical.
