You beat me to posting this.
Just watched it. Looks like a neat little camera.

Yep, I just bought a KS2. I would have waited if I had known. I like the Pixel Shift.

Good for Pentax & Good for Us. It's really nice to see Pentax out there shacking it up with new models. I like my K-3ll & K-1, but this camera beats my K-5 for sure. I would love to have just a lite, smaller camera when I go out and not have to worry about bumping into a drop of water. The K-1 & the K-3ll have a solid built and could probably do better than the K-70. However, it's in my head and I baby my gear.

Me too, just last month. I'm happy with the KS-2 (very happy!) but if I had known I'd have waited for sure.

K-1, K-70 are brand new.
645z, K-3ii, and K-S2 are not too far behind.
K-5ii, K-S1, and K-50 getting a bit long in the tooth.
Where do they go from here?

I would think the replacement for the K3ii next year, and the upgraded version of the K1 the year after as a complete and utter guess, but on the assumption that every manufacturer needs to keep updating and upgrading.

I wish they would have shown the actual camera a little more, so we could compare its appearance with K-50.
Looks like a neat camera, some more evolution from the previous models, but nothing drastic.
For those of you that just bought a K-S2, I don't think you are missing very much.
