High ISO Noise Reduction on K20D - Does it do anything in RAW?

Does this setting do anything to RAW images?

Does it do anything at all? (I can't tell if it's making any difference.)

Also, what ISO = "High ISO"? 1600? 3200? What's the bottom end of "high"?

Thanks,
Kent!

Since you have a K20, this might be something you could research for us and post your results?
As an anecdote, I shot some available light pictures at a wedding a couple of weeks ago. ISO 640, noise reduction set to strong. The results were quite noise free.
I wouldn't mind seeing what the various settings do at various ISOs, but have never seen anything published in this regard.

I would also like to know what the bottom end of "high" is. For what I do 400ISO is high!

I asked my dealer to inquire about the high ISO NR, and he came back to me with this answer: High ISO NR works only on JPEG but leaves the RAW pictures unaffected. That's from a Pentax tech.
