Suggested k20d Settings

Hi all. I am a newb to this forum. It is great. While shopping for my k20d I came across some suggested settings for contrast and saturation, but I cannot seem to relocate them. Anyone have suggestions?? TIA, newk20d.

I usually set it on Natural, +1 saturation, 0 sharpness (natural has default -1 sharpness, so I push it up to 0)
But there's a lot of different preferences. You might not like what i prefer.

I also usually put the noise reduction to weak or weakest (default is off)

I usually use 'bright', +2 fine sharpness (K20D has regular sharpness and 'fine' sharpness)
