A reason not to use AF-C ?

Hi everyone :-)

I was wondering if there was any reason NOT to use AF-C mode when using back button focusing ? Is it less accurate ?

Thanks :-)

It can be, if you choose to release the shutter while the AF is still adjusting. It's best to use AF-S for stationary subjects as it's more predictable.
