I´m in the oposite situasion. I have 150-450mm and considering the 560mm for extra reach. Do you think it will be worth the investment?

So you're in the same situation like the TO - thinking about an upgrade from D FA 150-450 to prime lens.
If you find a used DA 560mm, consider the additional investment in very useful and recommended accessoires (63cm high backpack, monopod, gimbal head, neopren lens cover, arca swiss plate...).
Could bring you to use the DA 560mm less often than a compacter lens. So i'd think twice. Maybe get an used FA* 400mm 5.6 or FA* 300mm 2.8 with 1.4x TC.
