K1 Pixel shift greyed out

Can anyone tell me why pixel shift options are greyed out in Digital Camera Utility? I'm using DNG, would it work if I shot in PEF?

Did you shoot PS on the camera?

Yes it says I did on the exif data in Digital Camera Utility

There are some modes that prevent pixel shift.
