K-x Focus Adjustment Help

My K-x back focuses and I really need to manually adjust it. I have searched the web and that led me here. I see in a long dormant thread there was a link, http://home.roadrunner.com/~graystar/MODSET.492 but it appears dead.

Are there any other options?
