Beautiful. What lens & settings on the first one (the one with the house)?

ISO 4000, 1/20s at 135/4.0. For me very nice result for OOC jpeg plus just some basic PP.

I agree. The K-7 was my first Pentax. Great camera at low ISO. The body was superb and was re-used in the K-5, K-5ii, K-3 and K-3ii. That does say a lot IMHO.

Hoora for the K-7..... I still use it as my 2nd body with very decent photos using one of the three amigos!
I'm with you. Just took my new K-3 III out today, and loved it. But will keep the K-7 as a backup, for now.

It still gets the job done! And with great results without the huge file sizes of its successors.

The K-7 was my second Pentax camera after the amazing K200D and I still have it. Despite being a CMOS sensor, to me the images have a CCD film-like look to them esp in monochrome or if using the inbuilt IR filter effect.

The body design is also outstanding and still the basis for today's flagship cameras. It's been with with all through the heat and humidity of South Pacific tropics for years now but it is still going strong. Despite having a K-3 now, I still hold on to my K-7.

The beautiful natural colors and captured detail here are both a testament to the photographer and the K-7.
